The Mediterranean Equestrian Tour has started its second phase at the Oliva Nova Equestrian Center (C.E.O.N.) with competitions for young horses of 5, 6 and 7 years
Oliva (Valencia), February 8, 2017.- The Mediterranean Equestrian Tour has begun its second phase at the Oliva Nova Equestrian Center (C.E.O.N.) with competitions for young horses of 5, 6 and 7 years. Three tests were held today: in the 7 years with a height of 1.35 meters, in which 67 pairs participated, the winner was the French rider Guillaume Foutrier with Azur de Lannay, followed by the Belgian Jean- Christophe de Grande with Kimono Vd Bisschop.
In the category of 6 years and 1.30 meters the victory was for Philip Carey riding Ballyshan Cup Cabana and second place for Lieven Devos with Mr. Quality Z, the Irish and the Belgian were the most outstanding of the 64 riders and amazons who jumped to the track. The also Irishman Kenneth Graham won with Hyves-Onde W the other 21 participants in the test of 5 years and 1.20 meters high, where the second position was for Anastasiia Yershova and Marlon Vd Heffinck.
Starting tomorrow, the competition starts at Oliva Nova on the different heights of the Gold and Silver classes, while the last races for young horses are held.
