More than 400 riders from 40 countries will compete for the trophies and the 645,000 euros in prizes to be awarded by the MET of autumn
Oliva (Valencia), September 28, 2016.- Autumn arrives in Oliva (Valencia) and with it the VI edition of Autumn MET, the international jumping competition held at the Oliva Nova Equestrian Center (C.E.O.N.). An equestrian show that begins on October 3 and ends on November 12, with a duration of five weeks, one more than in past editions, which shows the growing success of this competition in Europe. A unique sporting event that brings together professionals from up to 40 countries around the world.
More than 400 horsemen and amazons will face trials in the Gold, Silver and Bronze categories (gold, silver and bronze), as well as in young horse competitions. On the slopes of the C.E.O.N. 600 horses of 180 participants will pass during the MET I (from October 3 to 15) that will compete to reach the respective trophies and the 258,700 euros in prizes, and 950 horses of 260 riders during the MET II (from October 24 to December 12). November) that will be disputed a bag of 386,300 euros. In addition, fifteen of the competitions that take place during both tours are punctual for the Longines World Ranking List.
